JOE'S TREES is a Choose & Cut Christmas Tree Farm located in Craig County, Virginia since 1962. In 2000 and 2006, one of our trees was chosen as a Grand Champion Winner by the Virginia Christmas Tree Growers Association. Because of this prestigious award, we had the honor of displaying a tree in the Governor's Mansion at the State Capitol in Richmond. Joe's Trees won the 2007 Grand Champion Wreath Design contest. In November , we will be presenting the First Lady of the state with wreaths for the double doors of the Executive Mansion.
The farm's location creates the optimum growing conditions for the #1 Christmas tree, the Fraser fir. In addition to Fraser firs, we have seven other species available. The farm offers Christmas trees which are hand-sheared, fertilized, and maintained. One must see our trees to appreciate their rich density, beautiful color, shapely contour, and outstanding quality.

Directions to Joe's Trees From Roanoke: I-81 to exit 141 follow 311 to New Castle, turn left on Route 42 at Chevron station, go 21 miles. Joe's Trees on the left.

Joe's Trees is proud to support Trees for Troops which will provide more than 15,000 Real Christmas Trees to military families across the United States and overseas. For every tree purchased we will contribute $5 to the Christmas SPIRIT Foundation, which implements the Trees for Troops program and other programs for kids, families and the environment. Trees for Troops are delivered by FedEx, who donates the shipping of the trees.
